Dr Haddck was excellent in determining my problem and referred me to a hospital emergency room.

I changed from my retina doctor due to his lack of patient rapport and the difference is so much better with Dr Haddock. Getting a shot in my eye for wet AMD was night and day different for the better with Bascom Palmer. Much more gentle. Patient and an extra step cleansing the eyelid and throughly insisting my eye!

Never seem to find the post visit instructions. After the injection I know it's supposed to be doing stuff but I the last two times can't find or never got the written directions

Daniela was very good as i was extremely nervous about tge procedure. Dr Haddock was a master at the procedure. Dr. Marjan explained everything beautifully so that i was able to understand and relax. I had gotten quite emotional. The team took their time with me and now i am not fearful of the next procedure at all. Thank you, Bascom Palmer!

Thankful to my doctor, but I think because it was mostly because my vision decreased and was treated with glasses, he led me to believe since it wasn’t Retina related, all was fine on his end. All I know is my vision has decreased in clarity and I needed for my doctor to assure me nothing serious was going on!

Coming in, I had a lot of anxiety due to previous surgeries at another facility with other doctors. I have extremely high anxiety from a very bad experience that went on for two years. I had very heavy fear coming into any office or anyone touching me. I felt very calm, Very trusting of your facility all of the attention given to me from the time of making my appointment, all of the testing, from the nurses to the doctors. Everyone was extremely professional and kind I would like to say thank you to anyone who helped me that day. You have no idea how much it took me to even walk through the front doors.
