Dr. Jaller was amazing! He listened to my concerns and how overwhelmed I was from my predicament and was extremely understanding and told me it will get better. Not once did he brush off or seem uninterested in what I was saying. I can’t wait to see him again in 5 weeks.

The referral request process is cumbersome and painful. It would be much easier if the request can be sent AND received by email so I can follow up with both UHealth and my PCP. The way it is done now is a nightmare

Dr. Jaller is not only very knowledgeable but also has an amazing ability to connect with children. After our first appointment, he prescribed medications tailored to my kids’ specific needs, and by the time we returned for a follow-up, their acne had completely improved. What really surprised me was that he even took the time himself to remove some of the blackheads from my son’s nose and forehead. Wow — this doctor truly seems dedicated to his vocation, and we feel so lucky to be his patients. He even managed to get my 14-year-old son to start taking his medication regularly, something we had struggled with until meeting this brilliant doctor.
