He always took the time to truly listen to me, was very responsive, and made sure to follow up with me personally to check that everything was okay. That level of attentiveness and care is incredibly reassuring as a patient. Dr. Carugno shows genuine empathy, and that makes a huge difference. It is so important to have a provider who not only has excellent medical knowledge, but also truly cares about their patients’ well-being. I felt supported, heard, and respected throughout my care. I can not stress enough how happy I was with my drs bedside MANORS and him being very knowledgeable about my medical conditions. I have been documented with PTSD when it comes to doctors and nurses that have let me down in the past so I can not tell you enough how much I appreciate my doctors bedside manors and I didn't feel judged either for being a chronic pain patient for over 15years so I truly appreciate him treating me with dignity, respect and treated me like a human.
