Biography
Dr. Coto is an Assistant Professor and licensed pediatric psychologist in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her residency and fellowship in pediatric psychology at the Children’s Hearing Program. Dr. Coto specializes in concussion and pediatric health and developmental disorders. She provides consultation and clinical services as well as psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations at both the Children’s Hearing Program and the UConcussion Program where she is the Director of Psychological Services.
Her research focuses on improving the diagnosis, management, and outcomes of concussion in both pediatrics and adults. Additionally, Dr. Coto conducts research with children with hearing loss and their families.
