Hannah Nieto, APRN

Hannah Nieto, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary, urgent, and emergency care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from West Coast University, graduating with honors, and holds bachelor’s degrees from Utica College and Florida State University.

Ms. Nieto brings several years of clinical experience caring for adult and pediatric populations, including roles in urgent care and emergency department settings. She has provided comprehensive patient care, managed acute and chronic conditions, and served in leadership positions such as Charge Nurse and Triage Lead Nurse. Her clinical training includes family and pediatric primary care, where she focused on preventive medicine, patient education, and collaborative care planning.

She is certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner and maintains ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Nieto is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and improving health outcomes through education and preventive medicine.
