Biography
Dr. Felipe Matsunaga is an Assistant Professor of Interventional Radiology at the University of Miami. He completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Case Western Reserve University and a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania where he trained under leaders in interventional oncology and lymphatic interventions. Following training, Dr. Matsunaga worked at the largest private practice group in the Mountain West region in Denver with a focus on venous and musculoskeletal/pain interventions. He is now excited to return to academics and become actively involved in education and research. Clinical and research interests include deep venous and lymphatic disease management, musculoskeletal and pain interventions as well as interventional oncology.
