The facility is unable to treat the number of patients in a reasonable amount of time. It usually takes over 3 hours from start of appointment time until completion 😳

Dr Bitrian is great. My experience with Dr Fam was wonderful. Felt a little uncomfortable with the visual field test. The Technician acted like a grammar school teacher, giving constant directions in what felt like a scolding manner and never offering any positive feedback when I corrected my errors.

BP provides world class service. Even the wait time has improved somewhat

I was very happy with the service provided by the Doctor. The only thing that I did not like was waiting three hours before I saw the Doctor which lasted only for 10 minutes Consultation. I was told that 10 more patients were seen that day more than usual but that does not excuse the long wait. During the three hours of waiting I was seen by the Assistants in two different times. The Doctors and Staff were very Courteous and Professional at All Times.
