Dr. Horn explained and gave different options for a treatment on my condition . Only set back was they said I could not see doctor because my referral was pending . I was in urgent need to see the doctor been very sick , I said I had been a patient at UM and Sylvester for more then 25 years . Dr Horn apologize to me a few times about this confusion. I was so moved and so grateful for her care , excellent bedside manner . Your staff at scheduling and insurance and referral must do better . Thank you for addressing this matter . [Patient's Name]
