Dr. Horn explained and gave different options for a treatment on my condition . Only set back was they said I could not see doctor because my referral was pending . I was in urgent need to see the doctor been very sick , I said I had been a patient at UM and Sylvester for more then 25 years . Dr Horn apologize to me a few times about this confusion.
