Immediately at my arrival as a new patient, I was impressed with the efficiency of staff. That continued through out any encounter I would have with anyone there. Dr.Brian Tse was refreshing to meet. He listened, asked questions and generated to me an interest in my particular issue.He gave me new thoughts for follow through .Dr. The put a name to my issue. The good doctor actually made me confident in his diagnosis, prescription and recommendations for follow through. A fine smart and caring person he is.

No doubt Dr.Tse is a top provider but his interaction with the patient is totaly impersonal,there is no warmth.

The doctor was very competent and knowledgeable but seemed rushed and only responded to my direct questions rather than taking the initiative to provide me with more education and an overview of the potential of my disease process to affect my eyes. As a clinician myself I find the current patient care approach centered on 'productivity' is harmful to the patient-provider relationship in that there is no effort to build rapport and show compassion.
