            Dr Fowler and her assistant were incredibly kind and comforting to my son. They were were also reassuring when I expressed my own concerns about ruling out hearing impairment. Dr Fowler is comforting, kind, thorough, and efficient. I feel comfortable coming back to her in the future if I have any new concerns.

            The doctor was very thorough. She also used visual tools, while giving verbal explanation of the examination procedures, result and recommendations.
