From the moment I walked through the doors until I left I had a positive experience. I especially appreciated the honesty of the Dr. She went through her plans of treatment, while saying she will do everything she can to help me, but in so many words, there’s no guarantee. I appreciate that so much, because there are some doctors that are not as humble and try to convince you that they will definitely find a resolution. I hope this comes off as my intention, I think it’s a very positive and professional and kind thing to do.

I was scheduled as Telehealth which was an error as a new patient. I traveled far to find that out. The scheduler is incompetent. Thankfully I was at least accommodated as Telehealth instead of being rescheduled. A bad first impression. The MD’s and staff were very good.
