Provider and PA were both skilled and I believe have my best interest in mind. However they can improve their communication with the patient. I ask a lot of questions but you don't know what you don't know. They should do a better job of explaining, informing, and anticipating what the patient wants to know. Spend less time looking at the computer and more time talking to the patient.
