Did not speak with the nurses at length but mostly with Dr Miteva, who is who I went to see.

My doctor takes time to listen to me, answers my questions and has helped me tremendously with my condition (scalp rosacea). Tele-visit appointments have saved me from a very long drive from West Palm Beach to Miami. Her staff are wonderful at quickly getting back to me on my patient portal. Liked the doctor. The reason for my hair loss was somewhat murky. She was very direct and somewhat no nonsense. I wish I understood better the reason for my hair loss-several reasons mentioned. Overall was happy the doctor was able to handle steps to cure the problem.

Dr. Miteva has been going out of her way to reassure me and addresses all of my concerns about hair loss. I am so grateful she cares this much about my well-being.
