Giselle was very concerned about the issue I advised her about and worked to come up with a solution to correct it. She seemed very concerned about my problem and worked hard to fix what had been neglected for over a month that someone had neglected to address from July 17, 2026. I commend her for her efforts. She is an asset to your staff. I recommend that my July 17 message be investigated to see where the ball was dropped and by who. Thanks
